McNulty joins HeplerBroom as partner inn Edwardsville office

Carl P. McNulty has joined HeplerBroom as a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office where he will continue his practice in toxic tort litigation.

Since 2004, McNulty has been heavily immersed in the Madison County and St. Louis asbestos litigation circuit. Throughout his 20-plus years as an attorney, McNulty has developed expertise in numerous areas of civil litigation in addition to toxic torts, including bankruptcy, commercial litigation, premises liability, workers compensation, and FELA litigation.
